Here’s a round up of our news. Keep an eye out for more news coming soon.

In 2022  with the help of a small grant from London Hearts we purchased the defibrillator for public use.

2016 with a grant from the National lottery we were able to renew the halls roof.

2017 Hockley Parish Council gave a grant towards the refurbishment of the toilets including adding a disabled toilet.

2019 Hockley Parish Council gave us a grant to refurbish the hall floor.

2019 Essex Community Foundation gave a small grant towards the running costs, this enabled the trustees to keep the hire costs at the time at a reasonable price. 

2022. The hall purchased with a grant from RCCE 2 purified air units to help keep the air fresh during the pandemic, when we were allowed to re open.  These are in storage for use should the need arise again in the future.
